Esther has over 20 years of proven track record of identifying and leading VC investments in disruptive tech startups in a variety of fields: healthcare, AgTech, fintech, and digital transformation. Esther is recognized as one of the most prolific tech investors in Israel and led the first investments into multiple later-to-be-publicly traded unicorn tech companies (Payoneer, Playtika, Amwell, etc.), and facilitated billion-dollar M&A deals for such portfolio companies as Nutrino (acquired by Medtronic) and Storwize (acquired by IBM).

Esther started her career as a commercial lawyer, founded Partam Hi-Tech, a private early-stage fund, and later founded, in partnership with the global media company Nielsen, the Nielsen Innovate Fund — an early-stage incubator and fund specializing in RetailTech and media technologies.

Esther holds an LLB from Tel Aviv University and MBA from Reichman University. Esther is active in philanthropic initiatives around the arts and female empowerment and is a proud mother of three and a dog.

Gil Horsky is a food industry executive with 16-plus years of global leadership experience from Mondelēz, Kraft Foods, PepsiCo, and Nestle. Gil co-founded the Mondelēz corporate venture investment and incubation hub (CVC), SnackFutures, and has vast experience in incubating and commercializing new branded food innovation and FoodTech platforms that generated more than $800 million in revenues. Throughout his career, Gil worked in a variety of commercial roles around the globe on some of the most iconic international food brands: Milka, Pepsi, Quaker Oats, Toblerone, Cadbury, Oreo, Tropicana, and Nestle Purina.

Gil is recognized as a prominent figure in the global AgriFood-Tech ecosystem and is a regular speaker at leading international industry conferences. He holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and is a vintage and architecture enthusiast — plus a busy father of three and a dog.

Gaya’s professional experience includes working in global and startup tech companies, including McCann Digital, Pixellot, and Tailor brands. Gaya worked as a product manager with both hardware and software technologies for B2B and B2C products; she managed multidepartmental processes and helped build roadmaps for new products.

Through her work at McCann Group, she managed and developed marketing campaigns and strategies for various clients, such as Nestle, Loreal, Microsoft, Tnuva, and Ikea.

Gaya holds a BA in Business & Entrepreneurship from Reichman University. She enjoys daily meditation and yoga practices and is fascinated by history.
